Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, dashboards, and software (the "Services") provided by Assuring Quality Solutions Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
We provide call answering, missed-call recovery, lead capture, appointment scheduling, customer follow-up, CRM workflow setup, and related done-for-you implementation services. AI may be used as the underlying technology. On-demand services are limited-scope, one-time engagements and do not include full deployment, ongoing management, monthly support, or complete system buildout unless separately purchased.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Fees & Billing
Setup fees are billed once. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. On-demand services are billed per request. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sending unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited communications, attempting to disrupt the Services, or using them to violate any applicable law.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses to protect its own.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from use of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription at the end of the then-current billing period. We may suspend access for material breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
